BBC News has posted some video taken at the House of Commons album launch - click here to watch excerpts of the group performing several tracks from the new album. The group were also interviewed for both ITV and BBC News - those will be available in the very near future, so keep your eyes peeled!
After previously covering MP4, ePolitix reviewed Cross Party and also interviewed the band's drummer, Greg Knight MP.
As portraits of former Speakers Michael Martin Betty Boothroyd and Bernard Weatherill looked on, the band played a few tracks from the album. The Kevin Brennan-penned Rock and Roll Heaven was a particular crowd-pleaser. Mr Speaker said their performance was fantastic and he praised the work of Help for Heroes and the bravery of the armed forces.
